🎯 About the Role As Associate Brand Growth Strategist (Functional Health Brand), you will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for an assigned [Blockbuster Brand] within the Functional Health space. Reporting into the broader brand leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in new product development, strategy building, promotional campaign execution, and long-term brand growth. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Finance to bring initiatives to life — all while aligning to strategy and delivering on P&L targets.
🛠 Main Responsibilities 💼 Core Brand & Business Activities
Support or lead assigned projects in brand vision, objectives, and long-term strategy
Contribute to delivering annual sales and profit targets (P&L)
Coordinate internal and external brand activities to meet goals
📈 Brand Management
Develop and support marketing plans that drive business growth
Collaborate with multifunctional teams to deliver sales results
🧪 New Product Development
Shape product concepts, brand propositions, and claims
Lead timelines, forecasting, internal approvals, and packaging
Conduct and analyse consumer research to guide innovation
🤝 Team Collaboration & Contribution
Play an active role in cross-functional brand teams (e.g., Shopper Marketing, IPD)
Lead and facilitate projects to boost operational efficiency
Support smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external agencies
