🎯 Consumer, Market & HCP Understanding
Identify and activate local consumer insights to unlock growth
Partner with insights teams to understand consumer/shopper/HCP behavior
📊 Market Analysis
Lead regular market and brand performance analysis
Use competitive and market data to shape brand strategy and recommendations
💰 Financial & P&L Ownership
Own the local P&L for [Blockbuster Brand]
Lead brand budget planning, including F1/F2 reviews
Track and manage A&P spend to ensure efficient ROI
📈 Performance Management
Drive KPIs: sales, market share, brand equity, and ROI
Evaluate and optimize promotional and media effectiveness
Ensure accurate demand forecasts for consistent product availability
Align and update cross-functional teams (sales, trade, supply chain) on plans and execution
🤝 Cross-functional Leadership
Actively engage in the extended brand team and cross-functional collaborations
Communicate brand vision clearly to align internal stakeholders and drive shared goals
🧠 About You Experience
Marketing experience in consumer goods or healthcare (OTC a plus)
Proven track record in growing brands and executing campaigns
Experience in matrixed organizations preferred
Skilled in using market data tools (IMS, Nielsen, Euromonitor, etc.)
