We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help grow and engage our client's brand. You will support below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities and ensure they align with brand goals. Working with the Brand Director and Senior Brand Manager, your focus will be on attracting new customers, enhancing brand appeal, and building loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute seasonal BTL activities, working with Brand and Above-the-Line (ATL) teams to boost brand presence through events, promotions, and point-of-sale (POS) efforts.
- Support planning and execution for top POS accounts and assist with event planning and reporting.
- Work with the team to increase sales and visibility through strategic planning and execution.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
- Ensure smooth communication within teams, manage logistics, and oversee purchase orders.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international or premium alcohol company.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Skilled in brand marketing and office operations.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and native-level Japanese.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
