We are looking for a Brand Commercialization Director to lead the growth of Fashion and Home product categories in the Japanese market. This is a key role for a strong leader who can drive business growth and possibly take on a larger role in the APAC region. You will lead a significant team, work on cross-regional projects, and enhance the impact of well-known properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies for softline products in Japan.
- Find and grow new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen market presence.
- Work with APAC leaders to bring global strategies into the Japanese market.
- Achieve annual revenue and sales goals, focusing on long-term growth.
- Work with key partners to boost business growth through contract negotiation, product development, and marketing.
- Analyze market trends to build strong growth strategies.
- Increase consumer engagement through targeted marketing using consumer insights.
- Lead and develop a strong team, fostering future leaders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in SPA business models preferred. Experience in the FMCG sector is also welcome.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Experience with major Japanese trading companies is a plus.
