A leading FinTech company specializing in foreign exchange trading is seeking a driven and experienced FX Account Manager to play a vital role in client relationship management and revenue growth. As an expert in institutional eFX, you will contribute to a mission-driven organization that leverages innovative technology to connect the global finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service as the primary contact
- Drive revenue by identifying and leveraging cross-selling opportunities
- Schedule and conduct client visits for relationship nurturing and training purposes
- Develop trust-based relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure prompt delivery of tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
- Communicate initiative progress to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales team to onboard new clients and expand existing relationships
- Monitor client usage of the trading platform and provide account metric forecasts
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in account management or a related role within institutional eFX
- Comprehensive understanding of eFX; multi-asset knowledge is a plus
- Communication ability in Japanese and English (native/business level)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail
- Comfortable liaising with clients onsite and providing client-focused solutions
