A large MNC Enterprise Software Solutions firm looking for a TA Lead for the Japan Office. This position will be supported by an already onboarded recruitment coordinator and a sourcer. In addition, APAC TA Operations staff are almost finished a major project elsewhere and will soon be lending their support to the Japan team. All in all this role will be leading quite a large operation and needs someone who can understand recruitment in Japan from a holistic perspective and deliver a nuanced strategy for senior stakeholders.
Huge business pipeline, firm seems to really understand the Japan market and have been selling their services via vendors for quite a while so the business is already here and firm is simply looking to put some feet on the ground in Japan!
