A large MNC Enterprise Software Solutions firm looking for a TA Lead for the Japan Office. This position will be supported by an already onboarded recruitment coordinator and a sourcer. In addition, APAC TA Operations staff are almost finished a major project elsewhere and will soon be lending their support to the Japan team. All in all this role will be leading quite a large operation and needs someone who can understand recruitment in Japan from a holistic perspective and deliver a nuanced strategy for senior stakeholders.

Huge business pipeline, firm seems to really understand the Japan market and have been selling their services via vendors for quite a while so the business is already here and firm is simply looking to put some feet on the ground in Japan!

Full remote capability, flextime, and all the perks that come with a progressive MNC tech firm.

N1/ Fluent Japanese and fluent English is a must here.

Your Responsibilities

Honestly role will be challenging, a lot of moving pieces, various stakeholders having differing opinions on the best way to move forward. However, if someone is up to navigating through these challenges successfully there are truly some amazing payoffs with this opportunity.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in recruiting (preferably a couple years internal at least)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and business English
• People Management Experience
• Experience in a large multi matrix organization
