Your Responsibilities
- End to end management across multiple operations functions locally and remotely
- Develop and deepen client relationships by offering best in class service
- Identify gaps in processes and control
- Full trade life-cycle management
- Knowledge and understanding of local and regional regulatory requirements from an operations perspective
- People development and performance appraisals
- Proactively spearhead projects and initiatives both locally and regionally
- Creating a culture of risk awareness
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- More than 10 years relevant banking experience and at least 5 years people management
- Possess knowledge and deep understanding of transaction banking products and services
- High emotional intelligence, ability to emphasize and understand internal & external parties
- Ability to adapt and to embrace change. Hard working, passionate and ambitious
- Commercial awareness and client focused
- Ability to effectively partner with the business and other operations teams
- Strong stakeholder management and an effective influencer
- Native / fluent level English and Japanese
