Senior Tax Analyst, Bank (people management role)

Our client are a global banking institution searching for a senior tax analyst. This is a management role with team leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & train junior members.
• Prepare and manage tax returns (Japanese corporate income and non-income taxes.)
• Financial reporting and planning.
• Manage tax audits and prepare Japanese withholding tax documents, including tax treaty applications.
• Respond to daily tax-related inquiries.
• Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Native Japanese proficiency, Business-level English proficiency.
