Specialized Group is looking for a Mid-Career Sales Specialist with a varied knowledge of investment vehicles. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who would like to leverage their investment knowledge, within a growing field of business, especially as the sell-side continues to shrink.
Your Responsibilities
- 10 plus years Sales experience, preferable dealing with the Institutional Investor Class
- Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a defined group of institutional clients
- Find opportunities to upsell with existing client base
- Contributes to the assessment, development and definition of new product ideas, existing product enhancements and capability gaps
- Enhance client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients
- Attends client meetings together with the consulting team in capacity as main point of contact for day-to-day monitoring/servicing issues
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- Native Level Japanese Only, and Business Level English
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the financial services industry with a good understanding of client needs
- Motivated to deliver first class service, balancing the needs of the client
- Prior experience in financial services or asset management with a natural preference for Analytics exposure
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint
