Mission and Responsibilities
Ensure the development and profitable growth of sales with the customer he/she is in charge (The specific automotive makers) in his/her region by defining the sales strategy to be implemented.
	- Collection of sourcing project information from customer
 
	- New Project Approval activity
 
	- Activities to obtain RFIs/RFQs
 
	- Negotiation of sales price and business conditions with customer
 
	- Making quotation and CAA understanding
 
	- Order intake booking of awarded businesses with gathering of necessary evidences
 
	- VAVE activities with PRA activity
 
	- Customer Development Plan creation
 
Tasks in detail
	- Ensure the competitiveness and full-compliance of company offers with the expectations and requirements of the customer he/she is in charge
 
	- Ensure that the customers’ requirements are all identified and well understood by the project teams
 
	- Determine the sales price objectives according to his/her knowledge of the market and competitors position
 
	- Initiate and conduct all possible actions in order to be able to submit, within the time limits, a competitive quotation technically and economically
 
	- Participate in project teams in order to explain and defend the customer’s view point in terms of quality, cost, delivery times and in order to satisfy their technical requirements
 
	- Analyze the competitors’ positions and integrates them in the sales and marketing action plan
 
Requirement
	- 営業またはマーケティング、事業開発の経験3年以上(自動車業界での経験があれば尚可)
 
	- 自動車業界での事業開発・営業活動に強い関心のある方
 
	- 社内外の全てのステークホルダーとの関係を構築するための優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
 
	- 国際的・異文化背景の中でのチームワークを保てる方
 
	- 顧客重視、分析力、問題解決力をお持ちの方
 
	- 日本語 ネイティブレベル
 
	- 英語 ビジネスレベル
