• - Manage monthly and annual financial closings
• - Oversee accounts payable management
• - Prepare and report owner financial reports
• - Handle tax-related tasks including corporate and consumption tax
• - Manage and input journal entries in English systems
• - Supervise and manage accounting team members
• - Issue invoices for hotel services
• - Manage cash flow and cash management processes
• 月次・年次決算の管理
• 買掛金管理の監督
• オーナー向けの財務報告書の作成と報告
• 法人税・消費税などの税務関連業務の処理
• 英語システムでの仕訳入力
• 会計チームの指導と管理
• ホテルサービスに関する請求書の発行
• キャッシュフローと現金管理プロセスの管理

• - Knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2 (Boki 2)
• - Approximately 5 years of accounting experience
• - Comfortable with English systems and willing to learn
• - Experience with hotel accounting systems
• - Experience in tax-related tasks (corporate, consumption, withholding)
• - Experience managing a team
• - Familiarity with Japanese tax regulations
• 簿記2級程度の知識
• 約5年の会計業務経験
• 英語システムに慣れており、学ぶ意欲がある方
• ホテル会計システムの経験
• 法人税、消費税、源泉税などの税務関連業務の経験
• チーム管理の経験
• 日本の税制に精通している方
