Specialized-Group is recruiting for an European fashion brand specializing in legwear and swimwear principally designated to womens.
They have been aggressively growing and developing their presence in Japan over the last few months and are currently looking to hire a new person within their IT division.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage both Soft and Hardware materials in day-to-day operation (instal/config/maintain)
• Purchase/Replace any necessary IT related material
• Support the PoS opening (software, power-boards, cabling)
• Create Workflow documentation
• Troubleshoot and act as the point of escalation to all employees
• Take part of projects coordination
• Manage IT staff

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• In-depth understanding of infrastructure and networks systems
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy
• range of IT skills such as: 
  1. TCP/IP
  2. Wi-Fi configuration, tel,/mobile
  3. PoS system, windows, MacOS, peripheral
  4. CAT terminal support (PDQ, Global blue)
• 5 years of experience in a similar role and responsibilities
• Native Japanese
• Business level English
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player and communication abilities
