Specialized Group is currently looking for an IT General Manager. Our client is a major gaishikei company is looking to hire an IT General Manager to manage the IT solution design and implementation. This will cover a range of clients in the manufacturing, retail and supply chain sectors.

In this role, you will lead teams and team managers to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will need to have a strategic view on innovation, continuous improvement of the IT solutions, and skills development within the teams.

Required Skills

• Business level English.
• Fluent-level Japanese is required (JLPT N1 or close).
• Experience managing teams and team managers.
• Client facing experience / great communication skills.
• Direct exposure to manufacturing or retail sector.
