• Advise HRBP and leaders on job grading, workforce planning and people development
• Support HR projects related to data accuracy, employee relations and HRIS
• Develop initiatives to retain and motivate employees, while ensuring equality.
• Strive to improve data accuracy, standardization and consistency.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• 3 years + of HR Analytics or Rewards
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• knowledge of MS office and HRIS systems.
• Fluent Japanese and English required
• Adaptable and flexible, willingness to challenge yourself
