Head of Sales

Opportunity to work with a well-funded tech startup that is developing a wide range of products and services, in areas such as digital events, video distribution, data analytics, and NFTs.

They are in the rapid growth phase now and in the C-round of funding--there's currently 93 full-time staff, hoping to grow to 130 this year, and they really want to continue building their core Sales function with a great team.

In this role you will be in charge of new revenue and with time you will be promoted to be responsible for all the sales team. They already have 7 people working in sales and looking for someone to lead them and make strategies to grow their territory to the B2B side, with small to medium size business.

It is important for you to have:

- 5 years of relevant sales experience;

- Management experience;

- Speak fluent Japanese and English;

- B2B and SMB sales experience;

- Currently living in Japan;
