The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Minimum language requirements: native Japanese & business fluent English 
• Strong compliance background in finance (especially in fintech, retail banking or private banking / wealth management)
• Regulatory compliance experience or financial investigations related work experience in Japan
• Familiarity with AML systems
• Experience handling FSA enquiries
• Management experience
