Our client are a FinTech leader, developing innovative payment solutions for business clients. They are recruiting a Partnership Sales Manager.

You'll develop and execute partnership strategies - both domestically and globally. The ideal candidate will be a senior sales & business development professional with FinTech / payments experience. Our client offers generous salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake business development activities to generate partnership with new accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts & identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Respond to customer needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing partner communications and operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales / account management.
  • Experience engaging & negotiating with senior-level executives.
  • Experience in payment solutions (both card and non-card payment systems).
  • Experience dealing with both Japanese and international clients.
  • Japanese fluency is mandatory.
