We need a Head of Client Service Operations.

This is an exciting position for a client service lead. A strong background in international finance is a big advantage.

An ongoing commitment to improving our operations is a key part to this role. As part of our team; you will be providing valuation reports as well as troubleshooting Fixed Income and Equity products. You will be managing cases and tracking resolutions. 

You will be operating across the company, so good communication is essential. You should be fluent in Japanese with business level English for this role.

Required Skills

  • Native level Japanese
  • Business level English
  • 5 years’ experience working in a similar role in the financial industry.
  • Management experience with a staff 2-3 people.
  • Project management skill set.
  • Experience with off-shore projects (preferred)
  • Products knowledge with a focus on structured products. Knowledge of either Equity or Fixed income derivative products.
  • Familiarity with the financial regulatory environment.
  • Accuracy / Swiftness / Attention to detail / Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive approach / Willingness to learn and develop new products.
  • Excellent communication skills (experience in communicating with Japanese clients as well as overseas internal teams).
