A very famous global retail provider is looking to hire an HRBP to cover retail operations for Japan.
The firm has a large HR structure with APAC support and thus retail operations have coverage from other HR members as well.
This role is more of a Retail/ Corporate HRBP position and so hiring strategy is to ideally find talented retail HRBP's who might be looking to transition into more of a corporate focused role.
Of course, candidates with experience on both sides, or corporate focused HRBP's/ Managers or even experienced Generalists/ Specialists (TA/ HR Ops) interested in moving into the retail space are also welcome to apply.
The firm has budgeted 8 - 11M for the base salary, and Native Japanese and very strong/ fluent English will be required for the position.
