Your Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of solutions within assigned accounts, leading to renewals and the potential for new business.
  • Work with the sales and pre-sales engineering teams to facilitate seamless customer on-boarding and a smooth 'go live'.
  • Work with customers to design their security strategies that align with company philosophies and provide continued value and drive long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Support the sales team with customer renewals, proactively identifying and prioritizing resources and effort according to risk, growth, and strategic value.
  • Closely monitor adoption rates, providing insight to Customers.
  • Identify potential issues and work with the wider business to take effective action to resolve any issues.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • 6+ years of customer-facing organizations (i.e. Customer Success Manager, Account Exec/Account Manager or Sales Engineer).
  • Able to manage relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
