- Drive adoption of solutions within assigned accounts, leading to renewals and the potential for new business.
- Work with the sales and pre-sales engineering teams to facilitate seamless customer on-boarding and a smooth 'go live'.
- Work with customers to design their security strategies that align with company philosophies and provide continued value and drive long-term satisfaction and growth.
- Support the sales team with customer renewals, proactively identifying and prioritizing resources and effort according to risk, growth, and strategic value.
- Closely monitor adoption rates, providing insight to Customers.
- Identify potential issues and work with the wider business to take effective action to resolve any issues.
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- 6+ years of customer-facing organizations (i.e. Customer Success Manager, Account Exec/Account Manager or Sales Engineer).
- Able to manage relationships at all levels of the company.
- Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
