Your Responsibilities

• First point of contact for the firm's clients 
• Resolving client queries and issues quickly and efficiently 
• Seeking ways to improve client experience and retention 
• Trade fail management and investigation into trade breaks 
• Liaising with various internal groups (locally and regionally) and escalation where necessary 
• Working on various local and global projects and initiatives 
• Asset class knowledge should include Fixed Income, Equity and FX  

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Proactive, adaptable and able to demonstrate high levels of initiative 
• Experience working in Client Service or Middle Office within a brokerage or securities firm 
• Strong analytical and technical skills within operations and the middle office 
• Excellent communication in Japanese and English
