Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and control CRM communication
• Analyze customer data
• Regular reporting to business divisions
• Also work with Global team to specify requests and feedback on the market.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• At least 2 years' experience in CRM positions or data based marketing role
• Strong analytical skill
• Knowledge of Marketing automation tools is a benefit.
• English and Japanese business fluency
• Bachelor’s Degree
