The successful candidate will manage a team, prioritize project deadlines, and ensure that all content meets our client's high standards of clarity, accuracy, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to create and optimize high-quality localized content
• Prioritize and manage project deadlines to meet business goals
• Ensure that all content is clear, accurate, and engaging for the target audience
• Maximize the impact of our client's content by optimizing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and social media
• Continuously improve our client's content strategy and performance

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in English and business-level fluency in Japanese
• 5+ years of experience in localization or content management
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Japanese
• Strong project management and team management skills
• Proven ability to optimize content for search engines and social media
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with content management systems, localization tools, and analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry
• Proficiency in additional languages
• Passion for travel and cultural exchange
