Java/JavaScript Developers (Global Insurance Company) Hybrid!

Responsibilities

• Design and build web applications (frontend, backend or both)
• Design the overall architecture of web applications and evolve them to ensure maximum performance and stability

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Programming languages: Java (8,11,17), TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Libraries/Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Sprint Security, Spring, Data JPA, Thymeleaf, Hibernate, Junit 5, Mockito, Flyway, React.js, Serverless Framework, Express.js, Fastify, Jest, etc.
• Platforms: AWS, OpenShift (Kubernetes)
• Databases: Aurora MySQL, DocumentDB, Redis
• CI/CD: Jenkins, ArgoCD, SonarQube
• Other: GitHub, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Japanese language proficiency level N4 (not required, but a plus)
• Business level English language ability
• 3+ years experiences developing web applications
• Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle
