Business Analyst - IT Digital Team

Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT Digital Team, supporting the delivery and evolution of digital solutions used by clients and partners. This role bridges business needs and IT development, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and ongoing system enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams
  • Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Provide regular updates and documentation
  • Mentor a junior business analyst
Qualifications
  • Experience in business analysis within IT or digital environments
  • Strong understanding of system design, data flow, and user experience
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and simplify complex information
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (N2 and above)
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
