Sales & Business Analyst (CRM Super User) - Hospitality Industry
Our client in the hospitality sector is looking for a Sales & Business Analyst (CRM Super User) to join their Growth Enablement team. This role focuses on aligning data systems with business strategies to improve performance and drive growth. The job involves sales planning, CRM management, and executive reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting by sector and region.
- Ensure data accuracy and improve user experience in Dynamics 365.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, spotting gaps and risks.
- Create and maintain dashboards for sales activities and performance metrics.
- Advise on targeting strategies and conversion tactics.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews and reports.
- Onboard and train CRM users to ensure widespread use.
- Maintain system workflows and data integrity.
- Work with Finance, Operations, IT, and Sector Leaders to streamline data and planning.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in commercial strategy, sales operations, or business analysis.
- Experience in supporting sales teams with data insights and CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
- Advanced skills in Excel; experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to convert data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in Japanese; business-level English is preferred.
- Ability to work well in uncertain situations and across different departments.
