Position:
Visual Merchandising manager

Purpose:
Ensure excellent Visual Merchandising for Wholesale partners, driving strategic projects and maximizing resources.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Wholesale and Assortment Planning.
- Manage budgets and ensure positive ROI.
- Foster a high-performance culture.
- Adapt VM guidelines for Wholesale.
- Implement VM plans aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain superior shopping experiences.
- Develop comprehensive VM plans.
- Coordinate VM services and monitor productivity.
- Provide input on marketing calendars.
- Train teams on Global VM standards.
- Stay updated on trends and competitors.

Requirements:
- Experience in Visual Merchandising and leadership
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in IT tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Japanese, business-level English
