We are looking for a dedicated VIC (Very Important Client) Manager for our client in the luxury fashion industry. This pivotal role involves building strong relationships with top clients and providing personalized luxury experiences and exclusive programs. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to enhance engagement with high-value clients and maintain the brand's exclusive and sophisticated image. Responsibilities:

Identify and engage high-value clients using CRM data.

Create personalized programs that highlight the brand’s luxury image.

Lead international programs to enhance brand prestige.

Work closely with retail and boutique managers to ensure smooth program execution.

Collaborate with the Haute Couture team in Paris to manage key events like the annual Haute Couture Open Door event.

Interact with top clients at international fashion shows to enhance the brand’s luxury image.

Enhance client interaction at exclusive brand events.

Develop and execute global client engagement strategies.

Manage VIC service activities, gather client feedback, and collaborate with internal departments to manage key events.

CRMデータを活用してハイバリュークライアントを特定し、エンゲージメントを図る。

ブランドのラグジュアリーイメージを際立たせるパーソナライズプログラムを作成。

国際的なプログラムを主導し、ブランドの威信を高める。

リテールおよびブティックマネージャーと密に連携し、プログラムの円滑な実施を支援。

パリのオートクチュールチームと協力し、年次オートクチュールオープンドアイベントなどの主要イベントを運営。

国際ファッションショーでトップクライアントと対話し、ブランドの高級イメージを強化。

限定ブランドイベントでのクライアントインタラクションを向上。

世界的なクライアントエンゲージメント戦略を開発し、実行。

VICサービス活動を管理し、クライアントフィードバックを収集し、社内部門と協力して主要イベントを運営。

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in luxury or fashion brands.

Deep understanding of VIC business practices.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Extensive network in the food, entertainment, and cultural sectors.

Fluency in Japanese and English; French is a plus.
