We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for a top company in the beverage industry. This role is key in boosting in-store visibility and sales through smart consumer activation plans and managing point-of-sale materials (POSM). You will work closely with different teams to make the most of brand assets and improve marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute consumer activation plans nationwide and regionally to boost in-store visibility and sales. - Develop and manage POSM strategies with marketing and sales teams, aligning global brand guidelines with local needs. - Train sales teams on using the perfect store concept to maximize POSM effectiveness and improve execution. - Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 3-5 years of trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry, ideally with retail experience. - Proven leadership skills and a proactive approach. - Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for working with international teams.
