We are recruiting for a Travel Retail Operations Manager focused on the luxury duty free market. This is an opportunity to lead a team and take charge of operational oversight, in a prestigious global company.

The suitable candidate will have strong communication abilities in both English and Japanese, and will have the opportunity to travel both domestically internationally.

• ブランドコンサルタントチームの指導と育成
• 新人の採用及びトレーニングの実施
• 日常運営の効率化
• ブランドの価値と市場での存在感の維持
• 売上とチームパフォーマンスの分析
• データに基づく成長戦略の策定
• スタッフの能力向上と顧客サービスの質の高さを目的とした研修の企画
• 店舗の運営基準を確認し、問題を解決するための訪問

応募資格:

• 小売り分野での5年以上の実務経験
• 旅行小売または免税店での勤務経験があれば尚可
• 小売スタッフの管理と運営に関する経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
