Specialized Group is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Sales Manager for a major client in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor technology, with the flexibility to fill either a managerial or staff-level role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Segment Semiconductor Industry to expand the company's presence in the semiconductor market
- Identify customer needs, analyze market requirements, and coordinate portfolio analysis across all product lines
- Offer sales and technical support to strategic customers while developing new client relationships and partnerships
- Conduct global market studies and competitor analyses to stay informed on future technology trends, challenges, and applications
- Drive product development initiatives and motivate colleagues within the Application Group globally
Requirements:
- A Business or Technical Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably within the semiconductor or semiconductor equipment industries
- Familiarity with front-end processes and modern equipment, including ion implantation, etch, deposition, or photolithography
- Fluent Business English language skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a capacity to inspire colleagues and customers
