• - Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and inventory performance
• - Prepare financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• - Provide financial analysis to support operational decision-making
• - Support financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting
• - Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• - Collaborate with plant management to improve cost efficiency

• - Experience in finance roles within manufacturing environment
• - Understanding of plant finance, cost control, and inventory management
• - Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• - Fluent Japanese and English
• - 5+ years of experience in financial management
• - CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory
