Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead technical operations with a focus on team leadership and customer satisfaction.

You'll manage repair and calibration services and work on developing new solutions for both depot and on-site services. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to work internationally within a respected company in the test and measurement industry.

主な業務内容：

顧客に優れた技術サービスを提供し、効果的な不具合対応を通じて顧客満足度を向上させる。
目標設定、評価、スキル開発の推進を通じて、チームメンバーをリードしサポートする。
ドイツ本社や工場との情報共有や改善提案を行う。
技術会議に参加し、スムーズな情報伝達とアップデートを確保する。
営業チームをサポートし、顧客対応やビジネス開発を支援する。
外部サービスプロバイダーとの関係を管理する。

求めるスキルと資格：

電気工学または電子工学関連分野の学士号。
テスト測定分野でのフィールドサービスマネージャー、修理マネージャー、技術マネージャーとしての実績。
RF技術の経験。
日本語が母国語レベルであること。
ドイツ本社とのコミュニケーションや技術会議で必要なビジネスレベルの英語能力。
