They are currently seeking an engineering manager with both technical and management skills to further accelerate their product development at the forefront of rapidly evolving AI technology. They are currently establishing a new team to achieve product-market fit (PMF), and your role will be to lead this team and drive product development forward.
Requirements:
- Organizational management experience as an engineering manager or tech lead: 10 or more people
- Experience in developing web applications using modern frameworks: 3+ years
- Language Level
- Japanese: Fluent and above
- English: Business level
- Knowledge and passion for AI-related technologies
