Role Overview
- Lead architecture design and technology decisions across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
- Drive hands-on development for complex, high-impact systems in an agile environment
- Establish and uphold technical standards, ensuring code quality and long-term maintainability
- Mentor and coach engineers, raising overall team capability
- Collaborate closely with business and client teams to align technical direction with real-world requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with team leadership experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least two major stacks
- Experience designing and running cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Solid background in system architecture
- Comfortable working in English-speaking, global engineering teams
