• - Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• - Create and implement talent development programs aligned with company goals.
• - Oversee recruitment of about 15 new graduates annually for technical and non-technical roles.
• - Manage mid-career recruitment, hiring 10-20 people per year to support business growth.
• - Run performance evaluations and provide coaching to managers to improve team performance.
