Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead recruitment for all levels in Japan and support APAC regional hiring.
- - Work with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to align recruitment strategies with market trends and business goals.
- - Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to adapt recruitment strategies to local needs.
- - Oversee HR tasks, including updating employee records and coordinating new hire onboarding.
- - Develop employer branding and sourcing strategies using social media and university partnerships to build strong talent pipelines.
- - Manage recruitment databases for accurate data handling and process improvements.
- - Maintain integrity in the applicant tracking system and assist with regional HR projects as needed.
- - Native Japanese speaker with fluent English.
- - Over four years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in a regional APAC role.
- - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- - Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- - Familiarity with recruitment technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
