Manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently.
Execute both mid-career and graduate hiring plans.
Handle international recruitment to attract global talent.
Maintain stakeholder relationships to align hiring with company goals.
Innovate recruitment strategies to meet industry demands.
Minimum 8 years experience in talent acquisition.
Experience in leading recruitment teams.
Knowledge of international hiring.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Japanese.
Career aspiration to become HRBP.
