Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for all levels in Japan and support APAC regional hiring.
- Work with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to align recruitment strategies with market trends and business goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to adapt recruitment strategies to local needs.
- Oversee HR tasks, including updating employee records and coordinating new hire onboarding.
- Develop employer branding and sourcing strategies using social media and university partnerships to build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage recruitment databases for accurate data handling and process improvements.
- Maintain integrity in the applicant tracking system and assist with regional HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Native Japanese speaker with fluent English.
- Over four years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in a regional APAC role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
