Sustainability & Social Impact Consultant (Tokyo)
Our client are a leading consulting firm, recruiting Sustainability & Social Impact Consultants.
You'll work on sustainability initiatives, ESG strategies, and environmental projects for various clients, including corporations, public institutions, and financial entities.

Key Responsibilities
- - Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies.
- - Manage projects related to carbon neutrality, sustainable supply chain management (SCM), circular economy models, and TCFD compliance.
- - Create and oversee social impact KPIs, contributing to collective impact and social systems thinking.
- - Work with executive teams, sustainability departments, and SDG promotion units.
Qualifications
- - Experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental consulting.
- - Passionate about contributing to societal and environmental change.
- - Expertise in sustainable finance and impact investment (preferred).
- - At least 3 years of experience in consulting or think tank roles (preferred).
- - Academic background in ESG, sustainability, or environmental studies (preferred).
- - Experience in consulting firms, think tanks, financial institutions, or rating agencies (preferred).
- - Certification as a securities analyst is a plus (preferred).
- - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
