3. 各部署の主要関係者と連携し、要件収集、コンセンサス構築、変革イニシアチブの導入を推進

必須スキル

1. トランスフォーメーション/チェンジマネジメント職務経験1〜2年以上
2. 製薬業界でのクライアント経験必須
3. 複雑なトランスフォーメーション・イニシアチブのリードと遂行実績

Strategy & Transformation Lead

Overview of the Job
