Responsibilities:
- Lead all recruitment strategies.
- Manage recruitment budgets & KPIs.
- Take ownership of various talent sourcing methods (incl. referral programs, agency relations, direct recruitment).
- Employer branding.
- Review & improve performance evaluation systems.
- Improve onboarding and new staff training programs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in talent acquisition (TA) and talent management.
- Experience with various recruitment techniques.
- Proficiency in budget and KPI management (preferred).
- Experience with onboarding / training programs (preferred).
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
