Strategic Sales Leader – Health Ingredients, Asia Pacific

What You Will Do: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share of [The Company]’s nutrition ingredients in Asia Pacific - Manage the regional portfolio in alignment with global counterparts in the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia - Achieve sales and receivables targets for the APAC health ingredients business - Expand new business opportunities while securing existing key accounts - Introduce new products and lead technical discussions related to nutrition - Devise innovative sales and promotional strategies - Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team - Analyze market trends to inform strategic direction
What We’re Looking For: - Degree in Pharma, Biosciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - Proven track record in strategic sales and business development in the health ingredients or nutrition sector - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills - Ability to navigate evolving market environments in Asia Pacific - Fluency in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus
