• - Manage accounts payable and receivable
• - Prepare financial statements and management reports
• - Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• - Assist with internal and external audits
• - Analyze financial data for discrepancies or trends
• - Ensure compliance with J-GAAP and Japanese financial regulations
• - Handle contract-related financial transactions

• - 会計、ファイナンス、または関連分野の学士号
• - ホスピタリティ業界での1〜3年の会計経験
• - Microsoft Excelおよび会計ソフトウェア（例：Oracle、Opera）の熟練
• - 日本での就労資格を有する方
• - ビジネスレベルの英語力
• - J-GAAPおよび契約処理の経験
• - 日本の財務規制およびコンプライアンスに精通している方
• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• - 1–3 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Opera)
• - Must be a Japanese citizen
• - Business level proficiency in English
• - Experience with J-GAAP and contract handling
• - Familiarity with Japanese financial regulations and compliance
