• - Oversee accounting operations for luxury retail division
• - Manage and mentor accounting team members
• - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• - Implement and optimize ERP systems for accounting processes
• - Prepare financial reports for executive management

• 優れた会計スキル
• 小売またはラグジュアリー業界での経験があれば尚可
• チームまたは人材管理の経験
• 会計の実務経験5年以上
• SAPやOracleなどERPシステムに精通していること
• 公認会計士（CPA）などの資格があれば尚可

• - Strong accounting skills
• - Experience in retail or luxury industry is preferred but not mandatory
• - Team or people management experience
• - 5+ years of experience in accounting
• - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• - CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory
