Spa Manager (Tokyo High-End Hotel)
Our client are a high-end hotel / hospitality group, recruiting a Spa Manager. You'll manage a team, oversee all operations, and lead service improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- - Manage all spa staff
- - Manage all spa operations; maintain high service standards
- - Handle budgeting and forecasting for the spa
- - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- - Build and keep strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- - 3+ years managerial experience in the hotel / hospitality industry
- - Experience in a spa or wellness environment (preferred)
- - Team management ability
- - Excellent customer service and communication skills
- - Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- - Must be fluent in Japanese
