Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Japanese segment of the platform's operations
- Managing profit and loss accountability
- Developing strategies to deliver value to users and incorporate strategic partners
- Upholding communication with HQ, ensuring content adheres to legal and cultural norms
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration and transparency in communications
- Reporting on performance indicators, targets, and results
- Collecting product feedback to improve user satisfaction
- Bridging cultural and linguistic differences between Japan and the HQ
- Handling recruitment, onboarding, and personnel development
- Administering budget and resource allocation
Requirements:
- Native Japanese linguistic competence
- English or Mandarin fluency
- At least 3 years of overseas professional experience
- Minimum 5 years in the gaming or entertainment industry
- High levels of responsibility and ownership
- Background in creator management or customer service
