主な業務内容:
- - 倉庫運営、顧客サービス、事務管理を含む現場運営を管理し、財務および運営目標を達成する。
- - 様々なステークホルダーと連携し、円滑な物流プロセスを確保する。
- - 倉庫運営の安全および効率基準の遵守を保証する。
- - 顧客のオンボーディングと維持をリードし、高い運営基準を保つ。
- - 継続的改善の文化を促進し、持続可能なソリューションを開発する。
- - 入札や提案のためのインサイトを提供し、ビジネス開発をサポートする。
応募資格:
- - 内部チームやクライアントとのコミュニケーションのための英語力。
- - 3PL企業での管理経験、特にリーダーシップの役割での実績。
- - 消費財または小売製品の物流の経験があれば尚可。
