Responsibilities:

• Process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate across teams and ensure accurate clearance, settlement, and investigation.
• Identify and resolve process issues in Foreign Exchange Product procedures.
• Enhance processing efficiency by developing new methods and solutions within assigned Foreign Exchange Product areas.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
