Senior Manager, Technical Sales/Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Manager in Technical Sales/Engineering for a leading company in the automotive industry.

This role combines technical knowledge with strategic account management to build strong relationships with OEM customers. It's perfect for someone passionate about automotive electronics and innovation. The position offers a dynamic international setting, ongoing training, and a hybrid work model with both remote and in-office work.

主な業務内容：

- OEMクライアントのエンジニアリングリーダーとの信頼関係を構築し、当社を自動車エレクトロニクスのリーダーとして位置付けます。
- 当社の技術ソリューションの利点を明確に伝え、OEM製品仕様に影響を与えます。
- 主要顧客アカウントを管理し、技術的なメインコンタクトとして機能します。収益およびパートナーシップ目標を達成するために、クロスファンクショナルチームと協力します。
- エンジニアリング、営業、製品チームと連携し、顧客のニーズに効果的に対応します。
- 製品管理チームに貴重なフィードバックを提供し、将来の製品開発に貢献します。

応募資格：

- 工学または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方。修士号またはMBAは尚可。
- 日本語と英語に堪能であること。
- 自動車エレクトロニクスにおけるエンジニアリング、技術営業、またはビジネス開発の豊富な経験。
- E/Eアーキテクチャやシステムコンポーネントを含む自動車技術の高い知識。
- OEMエンジニアリングリーダーとのコミュニケーションやプレゼンテーションスキルが優れていること。
- プログラム管理やエンジニアリングの役割での経験があることは尚可。
